Niamh Jennings

Wills and Probate Lawyer

Niamh is a Wills and Probate Lawyer based at our Stafford office and works alongside Director Carly Colclough.

Niamh's Approach: Niamh has a warm personality and an empathetic approach that puts clients at ease. She describes herself as pro-active with strong attention to detail, which enables her to solve problems, find practical solutions and deliver clients the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications: Niamh completed her Law Degree at the University of Bristol. She graduated in 2023 with a 2:1 and was awarded a Head of School Commendation and the Bristol Plus Award.

Niamh was born and raised in Staffordshire and still lives in the area.

She has always been a keen swimmer, competing at National level, and in 2019 became the Midland Open Water Champion. Niamh enjoys spending her weekends walking over on Cannock Chase and is a season ticket holder at West Bromwich Albion FC.

Niamh studied A-Levels in English Literature, Geography, and History at Sixth Form before completing a Law Degree at the University of Bristol. She graduated in 2023 with a 2:1 and was awarded a Head of School Commendation and the Bristol Plus Award.

During her degree, Niamh worked as a Student Advisor in the University’s Law Clinic where she had the opportunity to manage her own caseload and give pro-bono legal advice to members of the public.

Nowell Meller Journey: Niamh joined Nowell Meller in March 2024 as part of our Residential Property team. She then joined our Wills and Probate team in December 2024.
