Sharon Rochester

Legal Cashier

Sharon is a Legal Cashier based at our Newcastle office.  Sharon works alongside the Finance Manager, Sandra Barnsley and Kevin Barnsley, Legal Cashier. 

Sharon’s responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of Client and Office Account Ledgers
  • Ensuring transactions relating to house completions proceed in a timely manner
  • Maintaining bank reconciliations
  • General office administration

Sharon's Approach: Sharon is enthusiastic and is always happy to help.

Sharon was born in Oxford where she lived and worked all of her life until herself, husband, and granddaughter moved to Stoke-on-Trent in December 2016.

She started work at a solicitors firm in the accounts department when she was 16 after her mum accepted the job for her!

Apart from having time off when her daughter was born and a couple of very short stints elsewhere she has worked in legal accounts for, and to quote Sharon,……… "a long time!"

Sharon enjoys spending time with her family and making new friends and also meeting up with her old Oxfordshire friends whenever possible.

She likes eating out and enjoys going on holidays with her husband and granddaughter. She also likes walking and try to keep as fit as she can.
